| Roma, 17 feb - Si terra' a Roma fra due settimane il congresso del partito radicale transnazionale. Ad annunciare la decisione "presa nottetempo" e' Emma Bonino, in una conferenza stampa in cui i radicali denunciano la loro "cancellazione" dall'informazione di approfondimento della Rai, ma anche di Mediaset, nonostante il fatto | che siano stati "indiscussi protagonisti delle piu' importanti vicende politico parlamentari di questi mesi". Un "regime e' quella cosa - ha detto Emma Bonino - che si sceglie anche gli antagonisti - I regimi populisti sono cosi' forti che possono permettersi di inventare i propri oppositori" E' questa "una denuncia | di mancanza di democrazia" . Serve "una risposta non solo giuridica, ma politica. E' questo il senso della convocazione fra due settimane del congresso del partito radicale transnazionale" . Bisogna proporsi "come alternativa ad un regime lottizzato".

Question: Why two members of the Italian Transnational Radical Party were unable to come to Vietnam?
Answer:
It was a bussiness between Mr. Pannella and Mr. Perduca and their travel agency that they | were unable to come to Vietnam.
Mr. Pannella and the Transnational Radical Party are widely known for having conducted various activities against Vietnam for a long time and supported some overseas Vietnamese reactionary elements undermining Vietnam’s national unity and solidarity. Though Mr. Pannella and Mr. Perduca asked permission to | enter Vietnam for tourism, they planned to carry out activities different from their stated purpose. Therefore, they are not welcomed in Vietnam.

FM spokesman: Italian senators unwelcome in Vietnam | |
Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnamese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Dec. 25 that two Italian senators of the Transnational Radical Party are not welcome in Vietnam as they intended to conduct activities that go beyond their stated purpose of tourism when applying for entry to the country.
However, in response | to the press’ enquiry about reports that senators Pannella and Perduca were not able to gain entry into Vietnam, spokesman Le Dung said that was the matter between the two senators and the tourist agency that served them.
Dung went on to stress that it is a well-known fact that | Pannella and the Transnational Radical Party have engaged in many anti-Vietnam activities and supported a number of reactionary overseas Vietnamese in undermining Vietnam’s solidarity and national unity.

Hanoi (AVI) - Le fait que les députés italiens Pannella et Perduca n'ont pas pu entrer au Vietnam relève de leur affaire avec la compagnie de tourisme chargée de leur voyage, a estimé jeudi le porte-parole du ministère des Affaires étrangères, Lê Dung.
Il est à la connaissance de tous | que monsieur Pannella et le Parti radical transnational (PRT) mènent depuis longtemps plusieurs activités anti-Vietnam, soutiennent les activités de certains éléments vietnamiens réactionnaires à l'étranger visant à saboter l'union et l'unité nationale du Vietnam, a-t-il dit.

For centuries, Tibet and Mongolia had shared a strong cultural and historical relationship. Following the collapse of the Manchu (Qing) Dynasty in 1911, Tibet and Mongolia declared independence and, subsequently signed a treaty of friendship and recognition of each other’s independence in 1913.
For sometime | the existence of the treaty between Tibet and Mongolia, as having been concluded in early 1913, was considered questionable by some writers.
Recently, the original Tibetan (but not the Mongol) text of the Tibet-Mongol Treaty of 1913 was rediscovered, making one important part of the original document available | to scholars for the first time.
In an interview with Phayul, Prof. Elliot Sperling sheds more light on the treaty and its historical significance vis-à-vis the vexed Tibet issue.
